Does it cost anything to become a member?

No, the Prosperity Patient Care program is absolutely free to join and there are no annual membership fees.


Who can get a PPC card?

Anyone over the age of 16 can become a PPC member. Only one member of your household needs to sign up; everyone else can access the PPC account through the use of the phone number on file with your account.


How can I join?

It’s simple: just stop by one of our pharmacies and ask one of our friendly staff members to sign you up. They will need a little bit of information from you, including name and telephone number.


Where and how can I earn PPC points?

PPC points can be earned at any one of the ModernMeds family of pharmacies. You can see all of our locations here. All you need to do is present your PPC card at checkout time. If you’ve forgotten your card, don’t worry! Just let the staff know you are a PPC member and give them your phone number.


How is my personal information used?

Your personal information will only be used to track your PPC points. The program is managed by Vicinity Rewards. Their complete terms of use can be found here.


What is the policy for exchanges or returns?

In order to make an exchange or return, the original cash register receipt must be presented. The PPC account associated with that transaction will have the points earned from that purchase deducted.


Can I receive points for my prescription purchases?

No. Ontario law does not allow for the awarding of loyalty points on prescription purchases.


How do I find out my points balance?

Our staff will be able to help you find your balance. If you are in one of our stores,  just show them your card or give them you phone number. If you are at home, call up one of our locations and the staff will either provide you with the information over the phone or text it to the cell phone number we have on file with your PPC account.


I’ve lost my card! How can I get a new one?

Don’t worry, all you need to access your account is your phone number. However, our staff can set you up with a new card in store. Just be sure that you give them the phone number that was tied to your original card.
